My name is Tee-Jay Ramnarain-Little, I am a Change & Transition Specialist - it’s my pleasure to meet you and to welcome you to Insightful Intelligence.
My life has most definitely been a colourful journey. There were a number impactful events that created a domino effect that brought me to Australia from the UK back in 2001.
So, why did I choose Australia?
Back in 2000 I experienced my second redundancy in 20 months, it happened after loosing both my parents to bowel Cancer within 3 years of each other.
In my experience it’s events like this that shape us and inform our choices.
When I lost my father, I was heart broken. Then when I lost my mum, my heart shattered.
Those 4 events changed me, my choices and the course of my life profoundly and the process of reforging my heart has been life changing.
So, when the organisation I was working for went bang in 2000, I had some choices to make. I chose to travel around the world; it was something I had been wanting to do for many years. On that trip I visited Hong Kong, Bali, Australia (Melbourne. Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane & Cairns), New Zealand and the US (San Francisco).
After that eye opening experience and everything that came before it, my path was clear, I got my Working Holiday Visa and headed back to Australia. In that first year I worked in Melbourne and then on September 11th 2001 I headed to Noosa. I spent four months there with a very good friend of mine and unplugged from the corporate world so I could fuel my soul and find some peace.
After all the changes and transitions I had experienced investing time there was transformational for me - Noosa is a truly magical place.
The reality is life is a journey and as a result we all have a story - I’d love to be part of your journey and help you to get wherever it is in life that you’d like to go!
